I love volunteering at places where I can help people who are in need
of assistance. This includes helping senior citizens with troubles
concerning them, supervising children who will need adult supervision,
and caring for the homeless. These volunteering experiences will help me
with my future career because I want to be a pediatrician and
pediatricians take care of children who are sick.
Helping people without getting or expecting in return is the
best feeling in the world and makes me feel so much better. God has
given me the strength to help myself and other and it is about time I
start helping others. I believe that I can make a change in society as
well as someone's life.
I did not know how much fun volunteering was till I had to
do my service learning hours for a class grade. Volunteering looks good
on your resume and just that feeling of doing a good deed can't come
from doing it and getting paid for it.
